Happy New Years Eve America. This is how it will play down. The 1200 or so Amercian here at Kwajalein will start the New Years Party about sundown, give or take about an hour. We are were it all starts, Time Zone One. There are at least 5 big parties on island that I know of. We plan to party likes it's 1999, just in case the Mayans are right about 2012. Guam will pick up the party a few hours after us. Followed by the Aussies, (we know they know how to party) Asia and then Europe. Soooo, friends in America, you will have to bring down the house because the world will be watching.......!
