Well, we had 32 coaches show up at beautiful Twin Oaks Music Park in Hoboken, GA for this past week's annual Halloween rally. Hosts Al Kline and Herb Bates did a great job, and the food and entertainment seemed to be enjoyed by all.
The Southeast Bus Nuts event drew two Neoplans out of South Florida, three Flxibles out of Jacksonville, and a whole bunch of MCIs, Eagles and Prevosts from throughout the south, including a fabulous Eagle Model 20 with a Series 60.
One member, long time Eagle owner and past president Jack Campbell (Blue Goose), decided at the rally to put in a bid on an MCI from Hoffman Coach out of Clarendon, PA, and went there after the rally to pick it up.
Campsites at this pretty park are straddled by pecan trees, and even though the owners harvest them, there is the occasional sample falling at your feet (or on your roof at 3:00 a.m.!)
The owner of the park is a bluegrass enthusiast, and the place hosts several large concerts each year. He is also a great BBQ chef, and fixed us some unbelievable grilled and smoked pork butt and chicken halves for Saturday night's feast.
We are all set to return to Twin Oaks next year - for our 20th Halloween there. As usual, it's open to all Nus Nuts and wannabees. Mark your calendars!
The next SEBN rally will be an informal chapter get-together within the New Year's Event at Arcadia, then a Valentine's weekend rally over west of Lake Okeechobee, FL. For details, check our website:

Cheers!

Oops! Forgot to mention, regarding the various conversions at the rally, that there were also GMC 4104s, 4106s and Buffalos!
No disrespect intended.

And not even 1 picture? ???
Well, first try didn't work... maybe one at a time will work.
As Mike said, this is a pretty park.
And one more...
Thanks Linda! I think you and Kirby have been to almost all the preceding 19 SEBN rallies at Twin Oaks Music Park - and maybe a couple of bluegrass events!
