Title: 4.11 ratio for V drive
Post by: TomC on October 14, 2006, 08:52:14 PM
I'm having my bus turboed and would like to change from the 4.625 ratio to the 4.11 available.  Anyone know someone who has one? I live in L.A.  Thanks, TomC

Tom -

The older GMC (4104, 4106, 4107) Timken axles may not interchange with later production Rockwell/Meritor/Arvin units, so you need to determine whats underneath yours.

If it's a Rockwell, check with Pete/RTS Daytona, a member of this board, as he's got some 4.10s IIRC.

HTH. . .
