Yup, but I sold the bus for what I paid for it, after removing the goodies LOL. Larry is going to turn it into an expresso stand. Sounds like Paul is giving away my trade secrets.

Bill, depending on price I would be interested in the following:
All the marker light lenses/bezels (note, great care should be taken when removing, they are very fragile)
The headlight surrounds. These are the stainless corregated units behind the trim ring. Only if they are not dented
Emergency door window. Only if not cracked or fogged.
Center dashboard plate with the GHL imprint.
Front bumper blade. Only if not wrinkeld.
Thanks,
Mark

This is to nice of a silverside coach to send to the scrapper some one step up and save the old Girl. ;D
Boss Lady sez don't even think about it! :'(
jlv
no kidding! can't believe it is getting scrapped! someone gotta get it!
i would be interested in the mirrors and mounts, driver and door windows if they have working roller mechanisms and the crank handles. I could also use the headlight chrome trim rings and the steering wheel if it is not cracked. Hope she gets saved. Is the motor still running? what are the problems? Dave
I have been looking for the front turn signal lenses and metal hold on edges for several years. I would be very interested in those parts if you could get them. Please.

The coach runs. Owner said he'll take bids on it. They think it is a 10k bus. I didn't give him a bid but left my biz card and told him I'd pay better than scrap prices. I think it would make a great parts donor.
I'll keep ya'll posted

Bill, will you be picking the parts or is it U-Pick?
I am interested in:
Rear marker light lenses at the top corners.
Window lift mechanisms for drivers window and entry door.
Dash panels.
Possilby some exterior trim parts.
Thanks, Don
I agree with Boyce, that is the prettiest bus ever built - bar none. I tried to find a good one over the years but was outbid on the only one I ever found.
The really cool thing other than the rear art work was the column shifter!!
I ache to see it go to scrap.
Me Too Don; I am reproducing the corner lenses, marker lenses and turn signal lenses. Also the front emblem. You should be getting your stop lens in a day or two.
