A fully converted respectable MCI-9 sold for under $10k. Not exactly mint but a lot of bus for the money wouldn't you agree?

The listing actually said it is an MC-7 with MC-9 caps. A year ago I would have said it was a great deal, but seeing the deals I have seen, I would say fair at best. I see a whole lot of work to do inside. I think you could put the same money you would spend on a remodel into a better bus and come out way ahead.
All that being said, if it sold for $7,700 at auction, then that's what it was worth to the buyer.
