John; ck posting and follow up responses. Newmar was a respected quality builder. One of the first out with slides. If the physical interior is not trashed it will be quality build. The engine is a 93 not a issue for a rv use if low mileage. It's a gamble. there is considerable valve there in conversion parts at worst. Due to time line my health will keep me unavailable for such a trip for at least two more weeks..Very intresting almost concept (thinking out of box) design. Used ones of same vintage selling for 25 to 30 grand. Bob
How soon do you need it looked at? I am off this weekend and could possibly get over there to check it out. I'll take a camera and send you some pics if you want. If you still need it done send me an email with all of the info to my screen name on this site and add the number 69 at aol (if this doesn't make sense pm me here). I've been up all night so I am going to get a little sleep.
What are some of the things that you are wanting looked at? I have friends in the area that are mechanically inclined but are not "bus people". If its the mechanics or just a third party observation that you want I can probably get that done for you. The budy that I sent you the info for is more then happy to give you a price on the job of finishing it up and hualing it.
