I am in need of a reverse solenoid for a spicer 4 speed in a 1962 GMC 4106. Any ideas on where to get one?
Thanks
John
You can get one from Luke @ US Coach.
But first, you should make sure your's isn't repairable. On my old '06, I took my ailing one apart and sanded the mating surfaces, put on a new boot from Luke and then it pulled like a champ. Also check your positive wire and grounding.
HTH,
Brian
I agree with what Brian said, first check to see if yer's is servicable. If not call Luke! (oops call Luke anyway he's great with advice and parts!) BK ;D
Space Ship and Knuckle must be slightly askew today - they forgot to give you Luke's phone number, in case you don't have it:
1-888-262-2434
Call between 9 -5 Eastern, M - F.
;)
Ok Russ now we're 1 for 1 ! LOL! I missed it yer right, you'll catch what I'm talking about on the 1 for 1! BK ;D
Hey Knuckle - I told bunny to set the parking brake! Doesn't that count? :D
BTW, did you want her to use classroom chalk to chock the wheels?
Never mind, let's chuck this before it goes futher downhill - w/o choking! :D :D :D

I thought he was telling her to
caulk the wheels. Couldn't figure out if she should use polyurethane, silicon, or butyl rubber!! ???
