my air connect is right behind the passenger side duals.  Batteries, off switch, used to be dump handles, and the air connection.  i assume the air goes in as well as out, just depends on the pressure.  but i am definitely not the expert.

Don't know about the Model 15, but the Model 10 has a place just behind the Eagle tag on the front between the headlights. This was placed there when towing, the brakes could keep air from the tow truck. I assume this is still available on the Model 15.

I tapped mine in the skinner valve line.  Mine is upstream the tanks though I'm not sure if it is upstream of the wet tank without crawling under and looking.  Install an air/oil separator on your compresser when you do this.  Helps keep the air clean and dry.  I don't use it very often, but is nice to have just in case.
