I would have included a photo of those new front air bags.
Is that the same one that was at Quartzsite in January? If it is that is a nice bus. Not sure about 100 G's
Wayne
I think it's a really nice bus too. Outside is perfect, hence the 1,000 pictures of every window. Inside is dated and not all that actually nice, probably shows way better in person. Drivers and passengers seats look literally painful. Leaf springs... 6-53N engine... slow and bumpy...
I really wish they had spent a few hours cleaning up the bays and engine, that just completely lets the side down.
You spend $100k on something that is nearly perfect and completely usable, this one is just sorta perfect and not all that usable. at $50K I would be really interested, I'll be honest! I do love a two axle 35' bus! To me, they just look so right...
100K too high for these times... maybe they think they are in a barrett-jackson auction... ;D
Also notice that at $100,000 the reserve isn't even met. Now, I know some Ebay vehicle sellers put really high reserves and just use Ebay as a marketing tool.
A 1951, with what looks like an original interior. They must of done something right when they built that one.
The exterior has that British look, eh?
Would be a slug to drive with only a 6V-53. Leaf springs with air spring helpers; and lever shock absorbers? Really dated. Unless you're a collector, a good 4104 or 4106 would be far superior. Good Luck, TomC
