Title: video update #7 finishing side walls and starting back wall
Post by: mike802 on July 13, 2011, 06:43:40 AM
I finished up the repairs and insulation of the side walls and built the back sub wall.  I lost some footage so the back wall kind of jumps around a bit, but you can still get a basic idea of where I am at right now.  Thanks for watching.

Good work, and thanks for the video. Now that the two kids weddings are behind me maybe I can start getting some work done. Im just at the stage of removing the inner structural panels.

QuoteWhats the old tin in the weeds?

We have a 1946 Dodge truck, a 1953 Chevy two door and a 1937 Dodge truck looking out the passenger side windows.  On the drivers side there is a 1932 Ford truck.  The 37 Dodge is my son's.  The trucks are all waiting their turn in line for restoration.  I am not sure what I am going to do with the 53 Chevy, I already have a nice 49 and 51, so I am not really interested in working on it, plus it's pretty well gone, but still salvageable, my son would like to rat rod it, he has a lot more energy for these things than I do these days.  I just want to finish the bus, park next to a lake, sit under the awning and sip some brews. LOL. Once I accomplish that I am sure the bug will bite again.
