Changed this thread title. Clifford I cannot find "easy start" on the web, but I find lots of Compressor Hard Starts listed. What should I be looking for? i.e. capacitor capacity etc. Thanks
Chuckd
Easy Start was a brand I bought through the Crusieair dealer in Texas they are long gone now any hard start kit should work for you
good luck
Supco makes one - here's a link to some data sheets-

Search for supco spp capacitor on Ebay for an idea of prices

Just pull your start capacitor off and take it to the nearest supply house - they'll fix you up - most hard starts I've used are made to run in parallel (and hooked to) with the original factory capacitor - FWIW
