Another plea for help...
In a week we will be attending a conference in downtown Charlotte, at the convention center. With the batteries as poor as they are, and temperatures in the mid to high 90s, we are going to need at least a 15-amp power outlet for the duration of our stay (Wednesday afternoon through Monday morning). We need to be in scooter (or light rail) distance of the convention center, so perhaps a maximum of ten miles away.
Any suggestions?
I found one RV park that might work, Elmore, at $32 per night. It looks to be targeted more at long-term tenants. Does anyone have first-hand experience with this park?

Some convention centers offer limited spaces such as what you are looking for. I spoke with security just now and they were not to helpful , however here's the #P 704.339.6000
