It looks like the engine is offset.  Does it have a drop box?  Wonder what the rear end ratio is?

Very cool looking.

There was a guy at the rally in Brownsville back in 2007 that had a 1996 35' single axle eagle.  He bought new as a shell from Eagle in 96.  It was a 102".  He gave me a full tour, and I was really impressed that the loss of 5' was not really that noticeable.  Seems to me he was somewhere in Missouri.  It was really a great looking coach.  I think I could like a 35' eagle. ;)

Yes, indeed.  It was a sweet coach.  Isn't he from Kansas City?

I tried to find a picture of that coach from the rally but could not locate it.  I did find the one of the coach that had no rivets.  It was a beautiful coach.   I think this owner was from Michigan.  He also had 4 point leveling jacks.  He could get all the wheels off the ground.  Sweet

I like a lot this one and some day I will sell my Eagles fleet and have only one like this.

I found these ones here in MX and I like it a lot:

The top photo is a very good looking design.  I always thought that a "high driver" eagle had a very awkward looking front clip due to moving the windshields up high, which was out of proportion to the extruded siding below.  However, the stripe painted across this one breaks the pieces very well and is a very good proportion.  I wonder if this could be accomplished with model 10 windshields.  I've never seen a high driver with 10 windshields, only 15.

And, yes that 07 on the smugmug link sans rivets was some coach.  Sikaflex held the whole thing together.

I just got my question answered.  Dee Sargent's bus in the EI Mall is a high driver with 10 windows.  It looks like it has an extra row of extruded siding all the way around.
