Nice that some people think there isn't a recession going on, and that a bagged out 4104 with known problems is worth $10K . They also think it is a scenicruiser.
One thing that a used car salesmen used to tell me that I worked for was that you can always go down in price but it you cant go back up!
;D
I do alot of buying and selling on Craigslist. A few things about this ad send up some red flags for me. I'd bet its a scam...
He sure has his fuel tank numbers wrong among other things!
However, he isn't the first owner who knows very little about the bus he has driven for a few years. Not a person you want to buy a bus from!
I saw this a couple months ago. It's a real bus, he's got a bunch of pics of his journeys on Photobucket somewhere. Cool old bus.
BTW, I've decided not to participate in the recession.
I suspect it's a real ad. I also suspect it's over priced based on his description. However, the interior looks to be decent, and the exterior isn't that bad in the photo.
The mechanical issues might be a problem, though.
That said, if anyone is seriously interested, I might could be persuaded to make a road trip to go look at it. It's not that far away from me.
You'd have to pay for fuel and dinner, though ;)
