Title: Info on my TMC MC9
Post by: mugsytrpt on June 02, 2011, 01:19:20 PM
Hey everyone,

I am trying to find out where my bus was originally put into operation.  I know it was a Greyhound.  I have looked at some of the links but have not found my serial #.  If you can help, here is my Serial # 1TUAAH980BR002564

Thank you so much in advance.

James

I have had alot of readers.  Does anyone know where else I can look.  I have looked at links I could find but they did not list my serial #.  Any help would be much appreciated.

All I can find is Kerrville Bus Lines so it had to go to Texas for their GreyHound routes

good luck

If it was a ex Kerrville TMC-9 it had good maintenance.
Kerrville was a good bus company and it was part owned by Greyhound this is the reason they were allowed to have a Greyhound dog on the side of their coaches at one time.
Go to this web site   http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/friendsofkerrvillebuscompany/ (http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/friendsofkerrvillebuscompany/)
Lots of KBC bus photos.

Thanks for the info.  Bob, I know it was a seated coach to start out.

Thanks again.

James -

Have you called MCI Service Parts?  They might have a record of it's ownership.

FWIW & HTH. . .

Good idea RJ. I have not thought of that at all.

Thanks,
