Usually has a stamped plate, welded to the frame in the engine compartment, passenger side.  Often hard to see, you have to work at it but that is where I found mine.  It is a small metal tag with the id numbers stamped on it.

Should have a tag over the drivers area if a 102 wide model 15 the plate will be in the AC compressor compartment on the passengers side at the rear you really cannot tell by the windshields look at Eric's model 10.

good luck

Mine has a vin tag in the clove box. When you enter the bus look to your right on the stairs. Theres a door built into the dash.  This is where all the gvw info is for mine aswell.

If it is a late model 15 the number is stamped in the plate the AC compressor is mounted to on the right side of the motor.

Church group been advised rebuilt engine will be in 18grand area and used in 5 to 6 grand area over a year ago. Maybe a gental aproach might lend someone to a treasure.
