Certainly looks like a nice bus. I have heard mixed things about the MCI F3500 but this thing is 10 years old so maybe they got the bugs out of it a long time ago.
I like the bucket seats at the dinette.

I like his deal about the market value being $125,000. He couldn't sell it at $80k so he dropped the price to $70k.
The market value of any item is the price it will sell at on the open market. The market value is $70k or less in today's market since he hasn't been able to sell it for $70k yet.

It's a nice bus but you're right about the market. Nothing is selling for anywhere near what we would say it's worth right now. I think he will be fortunate to get $40k in today's market.

i don't think the market is going to go in the direction of up for a long time...My brother said last week that he is waiting for 172's (airplane) to go down to 2500 in a couple of years... ;D
You misunderstand him. He means the market value in heaven where buses are highly in demand.
