Our trip home went great. The engine pulled much better than we expected for an 8v71. We never got below 45mph going over the Grape Vine. The temperature sat steady at 185. Jake brakes are great. We fought the wind every day but it would cruise at 65mph or better when the wind wasn't blowing. We think we will put a turbo on it for extra power, especially at altitude. In 2000 miles we used just two gallons of oil. Know we just need to take care of some maintenance things since it had sat for so long.
