Title: injector setting

i changed my injectors from 9g90 to 9a90 the book has two settings 1.470 for CA and 1.480 for the Feds can someone tell me which one would be the best of the two Thanks

Curious why you changed from the 9G90 to the older style 9A90's?  As I understand it the G series has the best spray pattern, so the A series won't give you as good fuel mileage or power.  Good Luck, TomC

Tom i have a 8v92 475 hp i have changed the turbine housing and ever other thing to do away with the smokeĀ  i have had it worked on at SO Diesel, Williams,Las vegas freight liner and S&S in Houston and after about 5 grand later i putting in back to the specs on the valve covers I never used the extra 30 hp so i won't miss it and i got better mileage with the 9a90 injectors than with the 9g90 i think 445 hp will be enough for me because i do not need to be anywhere now in a hurry but thanks for asking

Personally, I would change to 9G85 if you want better mileage.  Will still have 420hp.  Good Luck, TomC
