OMG! I have been in DC all week with a 2 bus group of HS students out of Paducah, KY!
I forgot just how much I HATE FRIGG"N DC in a BUS!
I'm so glad to be home!
Drove 10 hrs in the bus (624 miles) and then swapped out drivers jumped in the car and drove another 2 hrs (175 miles) Oh I am so grateful I live in 'lil' ole Podunk, TN!

Washington DC should be moved to Kansas. Except the Kansas folks would not allow it.
Don't know what's wrong with D.C. I got a free trip there in the '70's, courtesy of the U.S. Navy. Flew in & flew out, no problemo.

Last time I was there the cab drivers didn't speak English.
I can't imagine going inside the beltway in a bus. Just the beltway in a semi is bad enough. I'm thankful for the laws that say I can't go there.

I have good and bad news for you. In a few short years you will be a minority and they won't be able to pass laws that prohibit your travel....even in a semi.... to anywhere.
