Hello Everyone, I just want to say how much I love this board and how much I have learned here.
I only wish I knew about this board before I bought my bus. I"m out of New York City and I have a 1984 MC9
with a 6V92T, which is Gutless!! The conversion is about 85% finished.
What I really love about this board is the wealth of knowledge to be found here and how much you are all willing to help each other. It's really great to see!
I have so many questions, I don't know where to begin. I will be asking them soon, as I will also be posting before and after photos of my bus.
Thank You all.
Welcome! remember the only dumb question is the one not ask.
Welcome this is a great board you can even get answers to question you don't ask sometimes here lol
good luck
Thanks Guys ! Its especially nice to be welcomed by two very knowledgeable guys here. I love reading both of your responses to questions.
I will be starting a new thread regarding an engine upgrade and I look forward to your input.
Thanks Again.
Welcome!
Well while the good guys have already chimed in, I might as well welcome you too!
Just so ya know I'm the resident trouble maker and Smart-Alic!
And by the way I am so glad to be back in the US of A since I been in DC all week!

Welcome Seville,
It's nice to see new people like myself coming on board. I have learned a lot alreday just from reading archived material. Don't be afraid to ask the question because someone out there has the answer, or the place to help you find it. Be sure to read about other bus models so you will be informed as you look for your 2nd, or 3rd bus.
Good Luck,
Mike
Welcome Seville, and you too Mike, keep us posted on your progress, Will
Hey Guys, Thanks again for the greetings. I am truly addicted, the last few months I've just about stopped reading books or newspapers! My usual routine is check my email then head directly over here to check in on the latest bus news.
Land Cruiser, I hope to meet you too sometime. If my schedule permits, I want to try and make the Palmetto Rally in late April. I've never been to a bus rally before and the thought of seeing a bunch of converted buses all in one place sounds like heaven to me!
BK, I've read your posts and they are quite entertaining.
Barn Owl, hello. Your 4106 must be great on hills. I'm jellous!
Mike, I spend alot of time in Los Angeles, my bus is out there now. Don't know if you live nearby, but I would love to see your 4104. I think thats the coolest looking bus ever!
Van, former brooklyinite. That"s great! My girlfriend lives in Williamsburgh, so Im over there pretty often.
I live in the East Village. Thats a sweet looking Eagle you have! Hope to meet you at one of the rallies sometime.
I plan on going to as manny as I can this year.
Welcome Sevile! If you ever get an inklin to come up north between Barstow and Bishop to the desert stop by and have some Sun Tea! In Fresno I understand there is cold pepsi too!
Welcome Sevile! The 9s are great buses, we love ours but it is gutless to, but I'm in no hurry when on a trip. Keep us posted on your progress and some pictures to. Jason
Welcome to the board. There is no twelve step program, not turning back, but there IS help. You came to the right place.
