Just returned from a trip to Daytona, Fl . for bike week. This was the first long trip I had made in seven years
since I bought the bus in Vancouver, BC. The trip was flawless, didn't burn any oil, fuel mileage was
unbelievable! Fuel cost , round trip from here in Indianapolis $ 642.00. The question I have, the Steering
column has developed a chattering and knock at the dashboard level. Does anyone have an idea what is
going on here?

Wow 11mpg that is great mine will not even come close to that.
Could it be that the guy playing a joke on you over yer mileage was putting fuel in yer tank when he heard someone coming and hid in the spare tire compartment. And is now banging on the steering column to get your attn so you let him out? ;)
;D BK ;D
Maybe one of the steering column U-joints? Jack
Jack,
I sent you a PM.
