The Peacemaker is my favorite never seen one of those before, a tripple decker

Fun! It's good to see older buses during their heyday. Curiously, were there five members of the Blue Ridge Quartet?
Coincidentally, today another bus forum's member posted the Northern California Bus Fans' website which also has lots of pictures of older buses, including some real rarities:

http://norcalbusfans.fotki.com/south-calif-a-thru-m/coast-counties-charter/ (http://norcalbusfans.fotki.com/south-calif-a-thru-m/coast-counties-charter/) That's Fred the owner of CCC and the builder of the two bendy-Crowns, one of which is now on eBay (again). Love those hotpants in the background!

It's pretty cools for sure! I even saw a couple of pictures of the original owners of our coach, The Dixie Echoes. A fellow Eagle owner posted that link over on the Eagles International board, that's where I first saw it.
I love the look of the older coaches, and it's great to see so many in one place.

Joe,
The Peacemaker is certainly a really awesome bus, i've been inside a couple of times, all hand crafted wood work. One of the nicest buses i've ever seen.
But.... These guys are one of the biggest cults in America today. http://www.twelvetribes.com/ (http://www.twelvetribes.com/) They travel around to jamband shows and festivals offering free medical services to attendees, looking for lost youth who may be on a bad trip etc. They convince the troubled kids into leaving with them, take any possessions they own, and brainwash them into their cult. Forced to make soap on one of their compounds around the US. Many have never been seen by their parents again. Scary.
They have two of those buses, I kinda cringe every time I see one. It says on the back "We will take you home"

Thanks for posting that! It was like going thru a candy store ;D
Is that a mid-fifties Oldsmobile grill grafted into that bus's roof?
Looketh more like a buick....
I don't know why, but that grill on the roof of that bus reminded m of the movie "Jaws"!
:D ;D

Didn't Neil Young put two Hudsons (or were they Studebakers?) on his bus's roof?
