I am wondering about the exterior windshield covers. Does anybody use them? I think Ruthi and Ken do.
How do they work? How quick are they to install?
We are looking into different options, and that was one of them.
TIA
God bless,
John
John, on your way down swing by Q site they have a guy there that makes the magnetic type a lot better than the snap on type with the snap type it always takes a ladder to install those I hated mine because of that but I used them when parked for over a couple of days
good luck
Yep, we really like ours. Very easy to install and stay in place.
I have the snap on ones for front and side front windows. Love them. I can see out but you can not see in. Keeps the sun and a lot of heat out.

I have vinyl covers that snap, but install inside. There is one long cover that extends over the driver's side window and the windshield, and a matching short one just for the door window. Not my bright idea, they were with the bus when I bought it. Works well. Incidently, I have short versions for the two front side windows (driver's and door window) that work pretty well for blocking bright sun while on the road.

Protection of the rubber windshield gasket is an important secondary use. I like my set.
Bill and Brenda, the new hosts of the Arcadia New Year's rally, make and install those.

I just met a some great folks local who do the magnetic type with super heavy duty magnets. They can do custom printing on the shades too, which is pretty cool. His name is Roger. His website is
