Title: Any Flxble guys here?
Post by: justin25taylor on March 07, 2011, 03:41:10 PM
I am trying to identify a Flx bus for a friend. I think it is a 1965.
Would you be able to tell me what model(s) were available it this timeframe?
The bus needs to be gotten rid of but I need to know what model it is before I list it in the classifieds.
I do not have a photo but could identify it if I saw a photo of the same model, I think. Bus is 100 miles away or I'd shoot a photo for you.

It has a 6-71, a little hump in the roof and the headlights are behind the front bumper.

Thanks for the help.

It sounds like a HiLevel. Look at my profile picture and see if they are the same. I think the hilevel was made from 60-64 or 65.

If its further back that would be the VL-100. Production ended in 1959.

Thank you. That sounds familiar. I may have the year mixed up. Could it be a 1955?

I just googled the VL-100. It was made from 1955-59. Maybe this helps...

Thank you Mike!

I will have to figure out a ballpark value and get it posted in the classified section.

You have been a big help. Thanks again.

Best,
Justin
