Title: M11 and 748b Trans
Post by: busme66 on March 02, 2011, 02:03:48 PM
How do you make a M11 select plus and a Alision 748b
link when the trans was hooked to a 6v92 manual
non DDEC. I guess what I'm asking is how to link
up the TPI it has three wires but hooks to a
small box to which has the end of a cable that
goes to a linkage on top of the gov. any help?

If the HT748 is now behind a mechanical 6V-92TA, you have to get a throttle position modulator for your transmission.  It is an electronic throttle position sensor that can just hook into the throttle at the engine governor.  Relatively easy.  Good Luck, TomC
