Title: Need education on injectors?
Post by: Jriddle on February 26, 2011, 01:20:29 PM
I have nine model D-5228900 injectors with markings on the box 66 Full and 23 Idle. Then I have three model D-5228900 injectors with markings on the box 69 Full and 24 Idle. Here comes the Questions for those that know.
1. I think these will fit a 71 series engine. Will they fit a 92 series?
2. What does the 66 and 69 full and 23 and 24 idle mean?
3  Will they interchange?
I have a 1984 MC-9 with a 6v92 so if these will not work in my engine I will put on them spare tire board.

Thanks John

John I checked that is not a DDEC that a Brown Tag N65 for 71 series sorry I was checking on injectors for some one else at the same time  sorry about the miss info sell those puppies they will work in your 92 series but N injectors are a needle valve and the spherical valve are better injectors like the A through G

good luck

I don't have a set Clifford, but heard that they are used for big hp 92's, and was curious. Right now, I just got 9G90's in her. Thanks! :)
