No, it's 48.  We've discussed this one before.  Another Sam Walker special.

That was a lot of effort and money to make an ugly bus. You can go to jail for doing that..... right?

I saw that bus a few years ago in person. They were working on it. Looks like it is not any more finished now than it was.

I will admit the work they were doing was quality. The bus had a 60 series. Another feature was a side by side refrigerator that was on a platform that moved between the lower, upper, and roof floors. Kinda cool.
It also had a separate driver area like George's old Neoplan.
I have no idea who owned it or was working on it. I was there to pick up some parts a guy in Austin bought from him.

It needs a vertical slideout to form a third floor. Then you can rent out apartments.

There are so few worthwhile places that you could take a bus like that makes it almost worthless.

Almost 10 a/c systems and a 60K generator with 6K inverter capacity.  Unless somebody wanted to run that gennie all the time, it seems that somebody has been slightly loose with his calculations on this one.  Does anybody else smell "pretty specs but impractical to use" on this one?

It looks like he spent a lot of money to make that bus "butt-ugly" and unusable. I think he hates buses  ::)
