Title: Masadisposarator
Post by: Dave5Cs on February 21, 2011, 08:47:02 PM
Here is my version and it works great. Emptied 80 gallons in about 4 minutes. Had one small leak but fixed it by sealing with 100% silicon at the clear top fitting to disposal. I added a tilt base for different heights and angles.

Dave, did you use a regular garden hose our a larger how for discharge? When I built mine I found a regular garden hose was a bit small. A friend told me to use a house made for a macerator which is a little larger in diameter and it should work better.

Now there's a simple system!

Ace yes it works great but the stiff hose is hard to stow so I will get the Black vinyl accordion hose at HD and get it n 7/8 and just clamp it on the hose fitting. 3/4 horse works well and actually create a vortex and pushes even regular TP through t no problems. Biggest problem would be fitting it to a whole through the bottom of bay floor to just leave it connected and being able to close the bay door. Sure a lot cleaner to use plus I put the anti Siphon right on the fitting to clean out.
