We are leaving in the morning to head out there. It will take us about a week to get out, then we are all over the place once we are there. "A rolling stone gathers no moss" as they say, and we don't want to get any moss! Might be fun to hook up with some other nuts if we have the chance. We are bringing the van this time, as the bus is still imaginary!

Hey Mike, what route are you taking? M&C
We are taking the southern route. We stop in the NW corner of the Texas panhandle, then through New Mexico, over to Tucson and up. We will miss you Mike & Christi, but maybe another trip will bring us closer.
Mike
We will be in Palm Springs this weekend doing 4 shows without Mrs. Jones this time. When do you arrive at the Q?
Mike & Christi,
Sent you a PM.
Mike
sent you 2 PMs ;D
We left Q yesterday and the "pickins" are getting slim. About half of the vendors are still there though. As always the Long Term Visitors Areas are still going strong. BTW it was 77/52 F. After thinking about it I think I should go back.
Safe travels.
Mike,
When you all are down that direction, I suggest stopping by Carlsbad caverns, if you can. That was one of my favorite National parks.
Enjoy the trip. You all are going south during a nice time of the year, for down there.
God bless,
John
I'll be passing throughthere on the 1st of Mar Jerry
We're on our way. Getting warmer every mile further south we drive. Anybody still down there? So far it looks like everybody went home already.
Mike
we are in yuma until the 7th of march, ron
Day 3 of the adventure & all is well, despite being really tired. We are in north TX, staying a couple nights with friends. Last night we slept in the van, as the stupid hotel we booked wouldn't give us a room. They wanted to double charge the room (once to pay for it, once to "hold" the room and that would be "released" after a couple of days. Right. Didnt have enough on the prepay debit card to do that, so they said "Sorry". Right. So we slept about 3 hours at a WM parking lot, then woke up and couldn't get back to sleep so opted to drive a couple more hours, then slept another 3 hours or so. It's great here, high was in the 70's, a nice change. High at home today was about 18 and they are supposed to get to 3" of snow tonight.
Anyhow, we are on the way and should get to the Q area on Tuesday sometime.
