Looks like a good price.  Can't tell if they are Budd or hub piloted. 

When you buy used aluminum wheels be careful to inspect them closely.  Especially the Budd type.  The tapered lug nuts, if over tightened, can start cracks.  I had one the had a circumferential crack (most are radial).  I was polishing the wheels and the black aluminum oxide stuck in the crack.  I think you could use the spray on layout dye and that would show the crack.  Check both sides.

Recall that many used wheels come off of trucks that have been rolled.

Those are hub piloted wheels not going to do a bus guy much good
