Know a fellow in Vancouver parting out an MC9 and he also has a 102A2 for sale...
Welcome aboard. It is always great to have another nut on the board.
We have been to VC Island. Very pretty. We hiked a little there and loved every bit. Problem was it was just a tad foggy when we were there ;D.
And why would anybody want a bus on VC island? I don't remember how much it was exactly, but for the ferry, I think we paid over 500 each way :o.
No really, I know if you own a bus you are already overboard, so why not on an island ;D.
God bless,
John
Western Bus Parts in Vancouver: 1 604 980 4844. Good service, they'll ship it to you the minute you hang up the phone.

If you need MCI specific parts there is always MCI Canada. They are in Montreal and Oshawa, but ship anywhere and in Canadian bucks and no cross-border duty. The people there are great, very helpful. Some times the prices are surprisingly competitive.

I'm not in Canada, but I have a 102A3 I am parting out too!

Absolutely check with MCI. My experience with Prevost Parts has been that they are often the lowest cost source, they know what they are talking about, they have the parts and they ship them promptly. (sometimes they ship them to the wrong address but they were very apologetic when they did that.)
I found prices at Western Bus were quite a bit more expensive than MCI Canada.
Just my experience, Iver.
sorry I havnt been on dont have a comp in the bus yet I live in parksville just south of naniamo I was told by a guy that MCI canada was defunct now but may be wrong as thats just what I heard.
When I was in Parksville last week, it was north of Nanaimo....but maybe things have changed ;D ;D ;D
MCI and their parts are still around, they had a few problems but still around .
Timkar,
As you know, our small hick towns are pretty easy to move around. Just roll up the sidewalk and "voila" move it down the road LOL
