Title: One fuel pump?
Post by: dougyes on January 11, 2011, 05:01:55 PM
Regarding a 93 MCI 102 DL3 with a series 60. Does it just have the engine mounted fuel pump, or is there a booster pump at the fuel tank also?

Doug.  This was getting down the page and I thought I would bump it up.

Can't speak for the MCI, but Eagles do not have what some refer to as a lift pump.  Most bus fuel tanks are relatively high in the frame and should not need a second pump.

I don't know about the series 60 in the bus but that model with the Cat Engine used a lift pump in tank,if you have 4 wires going to the tank then it has one

good luck
