We have acquired a winegard crank up satellite antenna, but has no operations manual, I can't figure how to get it to turn and raise, doesn't appear to respond. Any suggestions

Look for the manual online or call the company. Whatever info you need should be easily available.

Thanks, we have tried to get the manual on-line but the only one I have found has a digital readout, mine is manual.

Thanks: Downloaded manual and found antenna is/was broken, have repaired and now know how to use it.
