For what it is worth . The Graham White moisture injector valve, might be found under Expello  Valve

Does your Graham White have an electrical heater wire ??  If so it might be the Expello

The only Graham White valves I've come across are for air horns on trains.

i work with fredcliff, and when I called MCI service for information they sent me the MCI9 service manual air system schematics(that we already have) and its marked as number 92 Graham White Moisture Ejector Valve. It has a conical brass exhaust sticking out the bottom, and that's whats constantly blowing air and when the park brake is pushed in air dumps right through that valve. It's located directly behind the air dryer mounted on the wheel compartment wall, which is the outside of the spare tire compartment. other than a few check valves all other leaks in the system have been accounted for. but no one can seem to figure out what this part is!

I will post a picture exploded view.

It was used when "air dryers  " were an option.

Every time the govenor kicks off it opens the Graham white to eject the water held in the little cup.

Same basic principal as the air dryers of today except not near the capacity.

Yours could be frozen or not seated properly. I have service  procedure instructions if you want them.

Fred,
Did you check on the part# I posted?
If you want to rebuild it I also have part numbers for all the internal parts. Let me know and I'll post them.
Good luck
Gary
