Title: Why I don't want a fiberglass vehicle... Fire!!

This thread was posted over on the Wanderlodge board. One of the members was at a campground & a BRAND NEW sticks & staples burned up about 75' from him. It had 80 miles on it!.

It has a link to the pictures about 4 posts down.

I do understand that an electrical fire cant be put out by water and so a fire extinguisher auto set up that is triggered by heat is ideal, but I am also considering the space in the compartment above the engine and the wall between the engine and house..... I am wondering about putting the water tanks in those areas maybe with a pump if needed so that filling them would go uphill.....
