Hey
I finally got a chance to pull the parts off of the bus , when I got to the location it was NOT a 4104 , it was a 4103. I have all of the parking brake parts and I think they will interchange. I have not taken any time to compare them to what is on my '04. If you are interested great, if not then don't worry about it.
