Title: Old post, New Question
Post by: 5B Steve on December 27, 2010, 06:29:14 PM

Several weeks ago I posted a question about a rubber button on the panel of my MCI-5B under the window where you flip

the LIGHTS ON, AC, HEAT,  DEFROST, etc.  No one respond, I called MCI today and they never called back. The button,

black in color about the size of a quarter is unmarked.  Does anyone have any ideas as to what this might be?  when you push

it in and out it feels like it has a pumping action.  That's about the only way to describe it!

Steve 5B........  Might be a good one for Luvrbus!!!!!!!!!!

on the rear of the side console there was a button on my 8 that was a emergency parking brake over ride. It had a separate air tank that if you lost air pressure and your parking brake popped out you could hold down on it and release park brake and move bus off road..you had to hold it down. Bob   ?????

Sounds like a door switch off a Setra! All our Setras old & new have a rubber plug type button/switch on the outside of the door to open/close. Maybe someone was trying to add some class. ;)

Opps I know I shouldn't have even gone there, but I couldn't resist. (It's OK got the fireproof suit on FLAME away!)
