Title: Onan Points

For any Onan gurus out there I have a question. I need points for my Onan Generator and have looked in the automotive places with no success. It is a Repco part(#9590). Other than Cummins where else could I look?

Take3 my advice and switch over to electronic, I never did find points for my old Onan gas genset.

I had a 6.5 Commercial with points in my truck.  One of the best things I ever did was to convert the points to electronic ignition.  It is a simple conversion-just mounts where the old points were.  95% of all problems just went away with that conversion.  Good Luck, TomC
