Post by: Don Fairchild on November 11, 2010, 02:34:23 PM
I will be in Seattle at the pacific marine show the 18-20 of Nov. and then in new Orleans Dec. 1-3 for the work boat show. If any busnuts in those areas or traveling Thur would like to attend let me know I will have a hand full of tickets with me. You could kill a day walking around oogleing all perty stuff. Get a few ideas and what not

We'll be at the Pacific show Don but we've already got our tickets.  What booth will you be in?  I'll come round and introduce myself.  If you need help with setup I'll have time on my hands by then so send me a PM.  We're out in La Conner right now and will stay here until the show starts.

Bob; Yes we are. We're busy with funerals and related transport issues this weekend. We'll try to run up there around Mon. or Tue. if you are still there.
Luvrbus; Thanks. I've been to the wooden boat show on the waterfront, but not at the Quest Event Center. I'm looking forward to it...Cable

Back in the early to mid 80's we used to go to the Seattle boat show in the Kingdome in Jan. and look at sailboats. Spent many hours over the years looking at the boats for sale on Lake Union and down at Shilshole marina. Found a 45 ft. that we loved but never could afford. :(  finally had to give up the idea of the cruising life but made up for it by moving to Maui for almost 11 years. ;D
