If this guy is parting out trash trucks-maybe he'd also have several Cummins ISM's attached to a Allison transmissions with all the wiring and controls in tact. Some of you guys that are thinking about an engine swap-this might be a good place to start! Good Luck, TomC
Good point Tom, Might be the case.
But If I saw a garbage truck up on blocks without tires/wheels, I would not be surprised....
This seller is out of Freehold, NJ
I would be concerned about the type of tires he is selling. They might be urban service, low speed, heavy sidewalls, maybe not appropriate for our use.
Im in the Garbage business. I can GUARANTEE that those tires have been abused if they came off of a garbage truck. I would not put them on my bus if they were free.JMO
