We just reserved a spot for the rally there. It will be our first one. We are quite excited about it. Now, if only we can get the bus done by then! We will be hitting it hard and heavy come Nov. 1st. Hope to see yall there!
Ruthi, you've signed onto an incredible experience, we pulled into arcadia on christmas eve and jack said for us to stay put, that him and bob (NCBob) would come and get us and show us the way to his house, we pulled into his yard at about 6PM and it was already almost full of buses and people talking buses and other great stuff like buses. This was libby's first christmas away from the kids and grandkids and I didn't know how she was going to deal with it, she woke up christmas morning and we had decorated the interior of the bus, even had a small christmas tree, she was thrilled, when we headed over to the fair grounds where the rally is held we all went in a line, picture a long line of buses going thru arcadia, people stopped and stared as we all went by, was really cool, at the fairgrounds your going to meet a great bunch of people and even some of them got buses and stuff, but be careful, I caught libby scheming with one of the guys about putting a flashing yellow light on top of a hardhat and making me wear it cause she was afraid somebody would run me over in my power chair after dark.
ha ha, as always Cody, you are too funny. ;D I am sure it will be fun. I dont think we will be there til after Christmas though. Dont get to see kids and grands enough, as my daughter and fam. live out of state. So, if they are coming down for Christmas, nanas gotta be there. We met Jack and Paula this summer. They came by to visit. It was really nice, and very nice people. I bet that was cool to see all the busses going thru town. We experienced that when we use to go to Moab for the jeep rallies, except it was jeeps going thu town. I miss that, guess we will have to replace that with the bus rallies, lol.
