The wife says Walmart, Kmart, Target, Samsclub are all ball park $50.00 for your needs depending on quality, thread count and sales etc. It comes down to do you want to pack that stuff or not. We usually buy there. Less chance to get lost in transit. And I like the new feel...Cable
John,50 bucks is not going to buy much in the way of bedding and towels, better pay the 50 bucks and let her bring her stuff the Wal/Mart sheets may not be nice sleeping by yourself lol
good luck
In terms of money, it's probably a tossup, assuming you only take/buy the bare essentials you need.
In terms of convenience, it's way easier to buy here.
Your call.
When you're heading home at vacation's end, you may finding shipping stuff home to be easier/cheaper than taking it as baggage on the plane.
ok wife says 2 bath towerls 1 blanket 1 set sheats bath mat
ok thanks packed the bag getting close crown
John,
I am leaving in the morning in our car to head to the Kentucky/Virginia border for a weekend of whitewater rafting and Kayaking. We plan to arrive at Palmetto Cove on Wednesday. Hope to see you and Lidia there. Jack
jack looking forward to it i got coffee john
John, I know you can carry 50# on Continental. A towel and light sheets won't weigh much. Use about $20 for one big duffel bag to fit it all with your clothes. They are easier to store than a stiff suitcase anyway. Don't pack a lot of shirts you know your wife will be wanting to buy a tourist t-shirt at every stop. You know the ones that say " I went to America and all I got was this t-shirt and a motor home". It may even have a picture of one on it. ;D ;D ;D Just wear them while your here and you will save on washing.
wifes been up before last time was 2009 after 2 days driving in fl. she wanted to known if we where in a another country yet
