Picked up the bus in Atlanta MI. Some of ya might recognize the bus from the other bus forum. Before Dave passed I had contacted him about his coach and never heard back , a month or so after his passing, his son and wife contacted me and asked if I was still interested. I am honored to own the bus and intend to make the needed repairs and keep it rolling down the road.
Below is the photo of it sitting in Dave's shop before heading out.

About 90 miles from home my wife informed me that she had taken care of the kids for 5 days while I drove from the U.P. She asked what she needed to do and away she went. She did great and I loved just sitting on the coach rolling down the road.

First day out after tune up and tires, felt great to pull up to the big Mac Bridge and just walk around on the shore.

You've got yourself one really nice looking ride...
Life does NOT get sweeter then this!! You have a beautiful family with adorable babies and a great bus and are going wonderful places! Even your wife is driving! How blessed you are!
You are truly blessed. A beautiful family and a nice bus too.
The memories you'll make of the little ones and your travels will be a treasure they'll keep forever. They don't stay that age for ever, enjoy them, mine are grown and gone and only now and then do we get the privilege of seeing the grandkids, take them to all the places you wished you had seen when you were that age, visit the relatives that are growing old while they are still with us and teach them well, you only get one chance to do the right thing. I sat and held my fathers hand as he layed in bed slipping away, he said his greatest regret was not knowing what he knows now, that wasn't that far back, in 2004, but I've only now started to realize what he was trying to tell me.
Totally awesome! nuf said

Congratulations! That is one awesome-looking bus!
How about some interior pictures?
Just for grins and chuckles I did many of the period furniture pieces for the fort. libby claims they couldn't find anyone else old enough to remember how to put them together.
Looks good Bill, nothing like going down the road in one is there?? If you get in the Branson area give me a shout.

Great looking coach, I am sure i know that coach and the guy who built it in Indiana, says he misses it many times, if you want to talk to him, his home phone no is 574 831 4386,probably the cleanest 04 i have seen, I am a GM lover also

Thank you everyone for the kind words. ;D
Viking: Thank you for the contact. I will give the guy a call. I'd love to know some more history about the coach.
Rick59: will do, we ended up in that area once or twice a year to do the suck you dollar city thing.
