Anyone out there use a ceiling mount and if so where can I find one for a Westinghouse 27 inch Flat panel TV.
I have a MC5C and just ran out of room and need to put it up on Ceiling at front so it can be moved down and from side to side. Most seem just to fold up and down and don't swivel or am I just not finding the correct ones.
Thank You Dave
Jim Robinson made a beautiful ceiling mount in his 5C from I think a rear engine door latch. You'd have to contact him, if he's still on the Board...he sold his bus. He's JJR (I think) in the Members list...or Jack Conrad could help you in contacting him.

Thanks appreciated. At my age anything I offer is usually worth exactly what it cost you but in this case I had a viable answer. Score one for the common herd!

Jim E-mailed me back and said he has sold the bus and that he some photos on his photobucket site which I looked at and got a good idea what it looks like. He also mentioned he had a 12 inch roof raise which I don't. Said he had over 100 hour in making that mount. He made it 1st out of cardboard then wood 3 times. Thaks again for the info. Real helpful guy.

Look at moview.com. They have mounts that allow the tv to swing up.
Dave, are there pictures of this mount online somewhere? I'm looking to do something along those lines right now also.
Got mine here.

Davido;
JJRbus did it and I e-mail him. He is on this board. Her is his link to the 3t page of his Ceiling mount he made. Pretty nice unit he made out of wood. He said he had about 100 hours in it. I finally made a wall mount at the front that swings out and I can take it down when traveling by just lifting it up and out.
