Since I don't have the time and money to address these things right now I'd like to know the possible ramifications.
A) At what point if any is it too late or just too difficult in a build to add a leveling system?
B) Can I add an awning at another point in the future or should it be mounted before I close up the interior walls?
What might or should I do to allow these things to be accomplished the easiest in the future when I have more time and money?

Leveling: If you plan to use the airbags for leveling, all you need is access to run wires for switches and power. Solenoids mounted in the bay can be used to control
the bags. If, instead, you are using Bigfoot or other hydraulic levelers, then you just need a place in the bay to mount the pump and run the hoses, and the levelers
will be mounted on the undercarriage. Shouldn't be a big problem for the conversion process either way.
Awning: While I have not done this myself, I believe most awnings mount to a strip that is screwed along the upper exterior wall. As long as your wall panel is solid you should not
have any problem mounting it. You'll also need room to mount the side arms to the wall, unless it's one that has no side arm supports. Again, should not be an issue with the
conversion process.

My 4106 had the interior completed by a PO. While at the rally in Quartzsite last Jan. Carefree of Colorado came to our site during our dinner and installed a 20 FT awning in about an hour and a half. All the work was done on the outside and it works and looks great.
The answer to your first question eludes me. I'm trying to figure that one out myself.
On the awning depends on what type if you are going to use armless type best to do it now before you close it up,even on the arm type I would add the rail now where you could use good S/S bolts or rivets and not screws the awning rail is not that expensive to buy, if your funds allow it I would buy the good stainless rail from the marine world also.
Leveling comes in about any shape or form to be added later that won't be a problem for you

I installed our Zip Dee awning after the fact, it's still up there even after some strong Texs winds! It's not an armless type, so didn't feel like I needed to rip out the cabinets.
Installing a leveling system has been a dream for me, I just run it up on boards to level it for now. Like Craig and Clifford said, you can install it later as time and funds allow. We don't have airbags, so our system will have to be hydraulic.

The short answer is, both can be easily added after conversion.
The bigfoot jacks require no room in the bay for a pump. Each jack contains it's own pump. Each jack is it's own system. They are controlled by electrical wires only from the console.
My Zip Dee's and jacks were added after conversion. They've been there over 14 years.
