Teresa, thank you also for taking over for Cat for making these announcements, she has done it for a long time and did an excellent job at making sure not to miss one birthday.  Actually thanks to you both for reminding us of these anniversaries.

Give Uncle Ned a special hug from us for his Birthday, so glad he is getting better now and traveling again, it won't be long now and we will be at the Cove and look forward to seeing both of your smiling faces.  Happy Birthday buddy again, Drive that hot rod safe now.
