Well after finding a replacement radiator from a parts bus and having it shipped to me from out west, it came in the day I left for the holiday weekend. I will get a chance to inspect it tomorrow and make plans on installing it before our next outing.
I would also like to say the bus ran GREAT and my newly installed mister wasn't needed as the temps stayed hovering around 177 when it rained to 190 when it was hot and the pedal down. I DID try the mister when it got to 190 and it dropped to the low 180's in about a minute. I know it works and I will still have it after I install the replacement.
There were 6 coaches that showed up for the weekend get together and it looks like next time even more. A fun filled weekend with plenty to eat, (although I AM on a diet) and sharing opinions on just about everything from people to buses to food to quick fixes etc. etc. The worst thing about this trip was leaving for home and the best thing was looking forward to next time out!
I sure love my bus and my bussin friends~! :-)
