Title: MCI body parts
Post by: Rodsmc5c on August 24, 2006, 08:39:39 AM
I have an mc5c and the piece that is just over the  windshield has rotted from leaking clearance lights. Where can I get this part?  It is  79. The part goes from left to right and curves at the ends and is about 2x2 square. I can probabley make one if I have to. any ideas?
          Thanks Rod

If it's the frame member across the top of the windshields, I built a new one for my MC9.

Details at http://www.gumpydog.com/bus/MC9_WIP/Structural/Front_Cap_Installation/front_cap_installation.htm

Hello Rod.

Front of MC5C is the same as MC8.

May be a MC8 out there waiting to donate the appropriate part to you!

happy coaching!

Rod, Sam Caylor will sawzall out almost any part of a coach that you can describe.  He'll palletize it and ship it right to you.
Craig has special talents that typically are about impossible to replicate.
If the header doesn't emulate the original, cracked windshields, leaks, cap that won't pull up...may look like mine! ???
