Currently there are no conversion kits being made yet (I looked into it).  Most importantly is to make sure you have the right linings for the kind of driving you do.  Standard bus brake linings can be of the semi-metallic type to with stand heat and repeated stops.  But-they don't work well when cold.  Make sure you specify you want a brake lining that works well when cold, and that will be of a softer lining giving much better braking.  The single most brake improvement you can do is to have a well adjusted and operating Jake Brake.  I barely use my brakes at all.  Good Luck, TomC

My 98 prevost has disc on front and tags with drum brakes on drives..350 ea for rotors only..antilock system.also have Jake brakes..so this is a observation as to possible high cost....would they work on front only like on a truck?..or is Jake's the best and cheapest way to go.? I have no experience with a 5 so really can't comment..  Good luck !  Bob

Silver Eagle Bus has them available for the birds! If you have the money anything can be done! One of our members is going down to see Craig and have them do the swap.
